Hi, I’m Robert! I’m a Broadway performer and Founder of The Broadway Collective.

At age 7, I told my mom I wanted to be on Broadway. She believed in me and encouraged me to work hard and fight for my dream.

After earning my BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Michigan and performing in 5 Broadway musicals, 2 National Tours, and at the Tony Awards, I launched my company–The Broadway Collective.

We provide the world’s best online musical theatre training: dance, voice, acting, plus mentorship to help you navigate the industry, audition successfully, and get hired.

We’re an elite academy, and we hold our students to the highest standards. If you are serious about working in the musical theatre industry, we can help you get that competitive edge and stand out.

What is the Broadway Collective?

The Broadway Collective is an elite musical theatre training academy.


Students graduate from our programs with stronger dance, voice, acting, and audition skills, more confidence, a rock-solid work ethic, and a clear understanding of what it really takes to “make it” as a performing artist.

The majority of our students don’t live in New York City—so we bring Broadway to you.

In our state-of-the-art online classroom, students get trained by our star-studded Faculty of Broadway performers, directors, and choreographers.

97% of our students get accepted into a top BFA Musical Theatre college degree program. We begin working with students as early as age 12. We prepare students to succeed in the competitive, rigorous high school and college application and audition process, land roles, and network with the industry's leading experts.

    We hold our students to the highest standards—artistically and academically—and we provide an environment where students can reach new heights.

    We have a licensed therapist and certified master life coach on our staff to help students feel emotionally powerful, build confidence, and create a strong and resilient mindset.

    We also require students to submit their academic report cards to us every semester. Because if you want to get into a top BFA Musical Theatre college program, your grades and test scores matter. We hold students accountable to their goals and keep them on track.

    Our Faculty

    If you dream about being on Broadway, then you should get coached by people who actually work on Broadway.


    Your local drama teacher is probably a wonderful person who deserves a raise! But unless they’ve worked on Broadway, then may not be able to provide the kind of mentorship and industry knowledge that comes from real-world experience.

    Our Faculty includes BFA-holding Broadway performers, talent agents, directors, stage managers, and other world-renowned experts who give weekly feedback on your dancing, acting, and vocal skills.

    By night, you’ll see many of our Faculty members performing onstage in Broadway’s hottest shows. By day, they’re mentoring you.

    If you want to get to the Olympics, train with an Olympian. And if you want to get to Broadway, train with working Broadway professionals. It’s just that simple.
